Are the colors or products shown on the website accurate?
Products on GRILLEDINCOLORS are designer made and hand crafted. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
Can discount codes be combined?
Unfortunately, No. Only one coupon code per order may be applied. (i.e. If you have a 10% off code and a 20% off code you can use one or the other, however they may not be combined to equal 30% off)
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
You can mention in remark or comment while placing order if in case you want it to be gift wrapped.
Can my billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, GRILLEDINCOLORS does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.
Can you change color or orientation of an artist’s work?
Unfortunately we cannot. Our artists design pieces with very specific colors in mind; therefore we are not permitted to make changes ourselves.
Do I need to de a member to shop on your site?
No. You can shop as a guest or sign in/register as a member to shop on GRILLEDINCOLORS and complete your transaction. We recommend you to register, it helps us to know you better!
Do you have cash on delivery option?
GRILLEDINCOLORS does not support Cash on Delivery option

How do I cancel an order?
If for some reason you decide to cancel the confirm order you had already placed, you can call on our helpdesk number. We shall help with cancellation for valid reasons.

You need to contact us directly for bulk orders at our help desk numbers. We will guide you through the process and help you with the order.
How do I return a product?

In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at grilledincolors@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please retain all packaging materials, original invoice and the product/s until a set of instructions from GRILLEDINCOLORS regarding the same is received. In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at grilledincolors@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and we shall act on it within 48hours.

Partial Refunds

Incaseof multiple products being ordered, and if for any reason, GRILLEDINCOLORS is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be given a choice to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, GRILLEDINCOLORS shall agree to refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of GRILLEDINCOLORS.

How do I shop on your website? How so I place an order?

Shopping on GRILLEDINCOLORS is fun, easy and very addictive.

  • Browse the website to find what you'd like to purchase.
  • Once you have found a product you like choose on number of pieces you want and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING CART' button next to each product.
  • Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' icon at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM CART' link to delete items from your shopping cart as well.
  • Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
How long Will It take for me to receive My product?
An approximate delivery time is mentioned against each product on GRILLEDINCOLORS. These are merely indicative; our endeavor will be to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.
I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?
It can be done for sure. We understand the joy of gifting and will be pleased to cater to your requirement.
Is it possible for me to track my order?
Once the order has been handed over to the courier agency, GRILLEDINCOLORS will email you a tracking code, along with the website link on which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code may take 24 business hours to activate on the tracking website.
Is my order confirmed
You will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation. Please contact our helpdesk if you do not receive email or sms for your order. Kindly keep the reference number or order id ready for our personal to help you with the order.

What is your return policy?
Returns for these will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. GRILLEDINCOLORS will refund the paid amount in full only if the order delivered is damaged or an incorrect order is delivered. No refund will be given by GRILLEDINCOLORS if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of GRILLEDINCOLORS, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of GRILLEDINCOLORS.
What payment options can I use?
For your shopping ease, GRILLEDINCOLORS offers several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can chose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. You can also use a PayU account to complete your transaction.
