Grilledincolors is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

Please note that these times are estimates and certain products may ship faster or later than stated. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details. The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website. Most orders ship within 2 working days.

Shipping on all orders above Rs.1500 is absolutely free. For orders below that value, a nominal charge of RS.100 will be levied. Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to reach you to fulfil the delivery. Should you be unavailable to receive the order despite multiple attempts, your order will be returned to us. Your money will be refunded, minus the shipping charges and any taxes (e.g., octroi) we may have incurred.

Grilledincolors does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code. Grilledincolors will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.


  • If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Grilledincolors shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
  • In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Grilledincolors shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product. 

Is COD Available?

  • We do not provide COD option due to nature of product and the extra careful handling required for our products.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the time of your placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Although we take extra care while shipping and packaging of the items yet sometimes the product might get damaged in transit. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. 
  • If the product has reached you damaged, please send us a photograph of the product and call our customer care at +91-9980-254-400 or email us at support@grilledincolors.com mentioning your Order ID, within 24 hours of receiving it. We will then send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Damage claims filed more than 24 hours after delivery, will not be accepted.

Apart from condition mentioned above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Returned items must arrive in original condition to be eligible for refund. Items that are returned and arrive broken or damaged cannot be refunded. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to our returns department.

Special orders that have been customized or personalized in any way are non-refundable, and cannot be returned. If you have questions about your item(s) regarding this policy, please contact customer service prior to ordering.


  • If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will not ship your product, but it will reflect in your account & you can always shop for that amount later
  • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
    • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
